This page explains what information Liena.ai collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. We've kept it in plain language on purpose.
Information we collect
- —Account info — your email, name, and profile photo when you sign up or sign in with Google.
- —Content you create — prompts, AI-generated images, uploaded photos and videos, brand kit assets (logo, colors, fonts), captions, and scheduled post details.
- —Connected social accounts — when you connect Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, or TikTok, we store an access token so we can publish on your behalf. We never see or store your social media password.
- —Payment info — billing is handled by Stripe. We don't store your card details.
- —Usage data — things like AI credit usage and login activity, so the product works correctly.
- —Cookies & analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.
How we use your information
- —To generate content from your prompts, run your content calendar, and publish scheduled posts to the accounts you've connected.
- —To process payments and manage your subscription.
- —To keep the product secure, fix bugs, and improve features.
- —To email you about your account or respond to support requests.
How we share your information
- —OpenAI — to generate images and captions from what you write or upload.
- —Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) — to publish the posts you schedule, using the access token from your connection.
- —LinkedIn and TikTok — to publish the posts you schedule, using the access token from your connection. For TikTok we only read your basic profile (display name) and upload the posts you choose to publish.
- —Stripe — to process payments.
- —Firebase / Google Cloud — for hosting, sign-in, our database, and file storage.
- —We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Your choices
- —You can disconnect any social account at any time from the Connections page — this removes our access to publish to it.
- —You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- —You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing us — see Contact below.
Security
- —Connections to our servers are encrypted. Social media access tokens are stored server-side only and are never exposed to your browser.
Children's privacy
- —Liena.ai is not intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
- —If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, let you know.
