Terms of Service

Using Liena.ai

• —Liena.ai helps you create social media content with AI and schedule or publish it to accounts you connect.
• —You must be at least 16 years old to use Liena.ai, and you're responsible for keeping your login secure.
• —You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Your content

• —You own the content you create, upload, or publish with Liena.ai — prompts, images, videos, and captions.
• —You give us permission to store, process, and send that content only as needed to run the service — for example, generating images and publishing posts you've scheduled.
• —You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload, and that your posts are legal and don't infringe anyone else's rights.
• —AI-generated output can be inaccurate or resemble existing work. Review content before you publish it.

Connected social accounts

• —When you connect Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, or TikTok, you authorize Liena.ai to publish content to that account on your behalf — only the posts you create and schedule.
• —Your use of each platform is also governed by that platform's own terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service, Meta's Terms, and LinkedIn's User Agreement.
• —You can disconnect any account at any time from the Connections page, which removes our access to publish to it.
• —Platforms may reject, delay, limit, or remove posts. We're not responsible for decisions made by third-party platforms.

Acceptable use

• —Don't use Liena.ai to create or publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading, or that violates any platform's community guidelines.
• —Don't use it to spam, impersonate others, or infringe intellectual property.
• —Don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or get unauthorized access to the service.
• —We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Plans and payments

• —Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown before you subscribe, and payments are processed by Stripe.
• —Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• —Except where the law requires it, payments are non-refundable.

Service availability

• —We work to keep Liena.ai running reliably, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• —We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time.
• —Scheduled posts depend on third-party platforms and may occasionally fail or be delayed.

Limitation of liability

• —To the fullest extent allowed by law, Liena.ai isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service.
• —Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

• —You can stop using Liena.ai and request deletion of your account at any time.
• —We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that could harm us, other users, or connected platforms.

Changes to these terms

• —We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use Liena.ai after that means you accept the updated terms.
